DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Our goal is to provide a uniquely complete design process that allows you to enter the renovation experience with clear expectations. We believe that kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling or other Remodeling flows out of a commitment to solve the existing functional problems that your space may have. We believe that form follows function so the finished product will not only be a work of art but a space that is incredibly functional as well.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
Initial meeting: We listen to you—what are your dreams, your needs, your time frame and budget? You want to know if we are a good fit for your project, but more importantly, that it will be a good working relationship. If you agree, we move forward with the Design Agreement. We estimate a budget range with some leeway to make your project exactly as you want it to be.
Design begins: We ask a lot more questions about your needs and lifestyle. We develop concepts looking at the project as you saw it, and adding ideas of our own. Preliminary Presentation: We show you what we’ve designed; you tell us what you like. We then have a chance to fine tune the bottom line to better fit within any budget framework that you may have. Design Development commences, and we fully explore the project, meeting with you a number of times to collaborate on solutions and budget. Artisans and problem-solvers, we thoughtfully work to maximize the value to you.
Contract: We’ve done it! We’ve finalized the decisions, and you know what to expect. Now we order, schedule, and take care of community reviews and building permits.
THE BUILD PROCESS
The Build Team—True Craftsmen: Everyone in your home is an employee of GraniTech. We have master tradesmen on staff so that every detail of your renovation is in our control. While design is certainly an important part of the process we believe that execution is even more important. Issues may arise during the process but having tradesmen on staff to address the concern allows us to stay on schedule and forge forward. Constant Communication: You are given a schedule for all work to be done. If there are any fluctuations to this you are notified immediately. We are always available for your questions or concerns and to ease your mind with the information you need.
Construction Project begins: Now your job is to watch and enjoy. You have made a wonderful investment in a changed quality of life for you and your family, and we are more anxious to finish than you are to have us done! But we are committed to doing it right, and want you to be thrilled with the result a lifetime.
Construction Finish: It’s all yours—enjoy to the fullest! We’re still here if you need anything.
